What We Do
Our Day Program may be utilized by families who have children aged 21 years or younger being treated in Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital or Blythedale Children’s Hospital and who are not currently guests of the House.
Our rejuvenation room is a sanctuary where you can take a break from the demands of the day and focus on self-care. To be eligible for the Rejuvenation Room, you must apply and be approved to the Day Program first.
We believe in the power of familiarity and support for those facing challenges. That’s why we offer essential resources and genuine support, beginning with warm meals. Explore our other comforts from home.
Our 12-Bedroom House
The Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley (RMHGHV) provides support to hundreds of families each year while their children receive essential medical treatments and care, allowing families the ability to spend every minute possible at their child’s side.
Built by Westchester Medical Center, our House opened in 2011, just steps from Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. Working hand in hand with the hospital, we help provide comprehensive support services to families, helping to alleviate some of the burdens they encounter while their children receive care.
On average, families stay at our House for 16 nights, with some having to stay for months or more depending on the care required for their children.
