Did you know that a majority of companies sponsor programs that match its employees’ charitable donations? That means your company may have a program dedicated to helping its employees make a serious impact through financial donations.

How to make a matching gift

Not sure if your employer matches charitable donations? Most people don’t know where to start, so we thought we’d help. Use the search bar below to search your company’s name. If the company has a corporate matching gifts program, its information will be displayed. Upon retrieving the relevant information, make sure to follow the submission instructions located below the search bar to complete the process.

Once you’ve determined your company has a matching gifts program, use the forms, guidelines and instructions provided in the search results and on your company’s portal to initiate the gift matching process.

For questions regarding your company’s program policies, reach out to your employer’s human resources department.

Option 1: Mail Submission

Contact your human resources office to get the appropriate matching gift verification form. Fill out the appropriate fields of the form, sign it and mail the completed version to:

Option 2: Online Submission
