About the Program
Note: PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES AND FAQ BEFORE SIGNING UP.
- You choose the menu! Food and ingredients must be purchased by the group. You are responsible for the entire meal. Please be prepared to feed 35-40 people.
- Food must be prepared on site (unless prepared in a commercial kitchen, store, or restaurant).
- The House is equipped with a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, bake ware and utensils for preparing a meal. Dinnerware and silverware are also made available by the House. No need to bring drinks.
- Groups must clean up workspace and all utensils from cooking. Dishwashers are provided. Please plan to stay to serve your food and pack up in to go containers.
- Brunch should be ready to be served at 10:30am and dinner at 6pm.
